  • 1 pkg vanilla instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup marsala wine
  • 3/4 cup veg oil

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and bake as directed in a bundt or tube pan.

    Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan. Dust with powered sugar when cool.

    Lemon/Poppyseed is a great variation as is chocolate/kahlua.

    Applesauce can be substituted for vegetable oil for a lighter version.
