- 2/3 cups Sugar
- 1/4 Tablespoons Salt
- 2 cups Dry White Wine, A Decent Sauvignon Blanc
- 1/2 cups Lemon Juice
- 2 packages (1/4 Oz. Packet) Unflavored Gelatin (Knox)
- 1 cup Cold Water
- Freshly Whipped Cream, To Serve
Directions

1Combine sugar, salt, wine and lemon juice in a saucepan. Gently heat but do not boil.

2Mix gelatin with the cold water, dissolving completely. Add gelatin mixture to heated wine mixture and stir until combined.

3Pour into a pretty bowl or mold and refrigerate for several hours until firm. Serve with freshly whipped cream.
