  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. wine (sherry, Port or Madeira)

Directions

    Soak gelatin in cold water.

    Dissolve sugar in boiling water, then add gelatin to boiling water.

    Add wine and lemon juice. Pour in mold and place in refrigerator.
