  • 1 (16 1/2 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (16 1/2 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 3/4 c. corn meal
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/3 c. corn oil margarine, melted

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish (spray with nonstick vegetable coating) and bake in a preheated 350° oven for 1 hour.
