- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 10 oz. frozen, chopped spinach
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 6 oz. bag frozen, cooked tiny shrimp
- 1/3 c. dry wine
- dash of nutmeg (optional)
Directions

1Thaw and drain frozen shrimp and spinach. Stir cream cheese and milk over medium heat in large saucepan until cream cheese is melted.

2Add remaining ingredients.

3Cook, stirring occasionally, until Velveeta cheese is melted.
