Cauliflower Salad

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 bunch or 2 broccoli
  • 1 small head lettuce
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Clean and prepare cauliflower and broccoli into bite size pieces.

    Shred lettuce and mix together with first 2 ingredients. Slice crosswise red onion and let the onion rings fall apart loosely.

    Fry bacon real crispy and drain, then crumble over the before things.

    Mix honey and mayonnaise well and pour over salad.

    Sprinkle cheese over top.

    Mix up real well.

    This will keep for several days if sealed and put in the refrigerator.
