- 1 1/2 lb. potatoes
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 (2.8 oz.) can French-fried onion rings
- 1 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
Directions

1Wash potatoes.

2Cook, covered, in a large saucepan in boiling water for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.

3Drain.

4Peel and mash potatoes (should have 3 cups).

5Stir in half the cheese and half the onions.

6Spread potato mixture over bottom and up sides of a greased 2-quart rectangular baking dish or casserole to form a shell.
