Winter Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. dried chopped apricots
  • 3/4 c. water
  • orange juice
  • 1/4 c. raisins
  • 2 medium size apples
  • 1 pear, sliced
  • 2 oranges
  • 1/2 grapefruit
  • 2 kiwi fruit, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame seed
  • dash of cinnamon
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 1 c. low-fat yogurt
  • 2 drops vanilla

Directions

    Soak apricots in water overnight.

    Drain water into measuring cup and add enough orange juice to equal 3/4 cup liquid.

    Boil raisins, juice and apricots 5 minutes.

    Turn off heat.

    Combine all ingredients.

    Toss together.

    Chill before serving.
