- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks in natural juice, drained and juice reserved
- 1 (3 1/8 oz.) pkg. Cook n Serve vanilla pudding
- 1 qt. mixed fresh fruit chunks of apples, bananas, oranges, pears and pineapple chunks
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1/3 c. flaked coconut
Directions

1In saucepan, combine reserved pineapple juice and pudding; mix.

2Cook over medium heat until thickened; cool.

3Toss with pineapple and fruit chunks, nuts and coconut.

4Chill until ready to serve.
