- 4 1/4 ounces pork
- 1 tablespoon goji berries
- 3/8 inch ginger
- 5 dates jujubes
- 1 date honey
- winter melon fresh
- carrots
Directions

1Remove seeds from winter melon and cut into cubes.

2Cut carrots into smaller pieces.

3Blanch pork in a pot of boiling water together with the ginger slices.

4In a clean pot, add water and allow it to boil.

5Add pork, goji berries, carrots, honey date and red dates once the water boils.

6Allow the soup to simmer at low heat for 60 minutes.

7Add winter melon and allow soup to continue simmering for another 30 minutes.
