- 1 1/2 lb. Ricotta Lamagna
- 1 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. each: parsley and oregano
- cooking oil to fry
Directions

1In a large bowl mix Ricotta with eggs.

2Add all spices, cheese and bread crumbs.

3May require more bread crumbs, added gradually until consistency is smooth to handle.

4Mix well.

5Roll into small football shape.

6Carefully fry in hot oil until golden brown on each side.

7Drain on paper towel.
