  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo
  • 2/3 c. chopped pecans
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 carton Cool Whip
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 pkg. instant pudding mix (3 oz. each, any flavor)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Mix flour, oleo and nuts together and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake for 20 minutes in 350° oven. Do not brown.
