Ingredients
- 8 oz. spaghetti
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Boil spaghetti in salted water until tender.

2Drain and rinse well in cold water.

3Saute onion and bell pepper in margarine. Add ground beef and lightly brown.

4Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5Add mushrooms and cut up tomatoes.

6Add Worcestershire sauce.

7Add sugar.

8Mix thoroughly.

9Put in a casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese.

10Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

11Freezes well if not topped with cheese.
