Wise Owl Egg Casserole

   Mix together eggs, mustard, salt and milk.

   Brown sausage and cut into pieces.

   Put ingredients in casserole dish (13 x 9-inch) in this order:

   bread, cheese, egg mixture and sausage.

   Let stand, covered in refrigerator, overnight.

   Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
