Directions

Combine the custard powder and 3 tbsp of sugar along with 1 tbsp of milk in a bowl and mix well to a smooth mixture.

Boil the remaining milk, add the prepared custard mixture, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes or till the mixture thickens, while stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Keep aside.

Add apple cubes and let it cool. Refrigerate to serve cold.

For serving, pour the mixture in a bowl, sprinkle almonds and pistachio flakes, cake cubes and top with Vanilla ice cream!
