Wobbly Tea Jelly

- 300 ml Strong brewed black tea
- 30 grams Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Powdered gelatin
- 1 1/2 tbsp Water
Directions

1Sprinkle the gelatin into the water and leave to let the gelatin soften.

2If you microwave (600 W) for 20 seconds, the gelatin will dissolve completely.

3Put tea leaves in a pot, add 300 ml of boiling water, and steep for 2 to 3 minutes.

4Put sugar in a bowl and pour in the tea.

5When the sugar has dissolved, add the gelatin and stir well to dissolve.

6When the gelatin has completely dissolved, float the bowl over a larger bowl filled with ice water, and cool down while stirring occasionally.

7When it's cooled down, chill until set in the refrigerator.

8It's also delicious and rich served with cream.
