- 1 pkg. won ton skins
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. bean sprouts
- 2 green onions (scallions)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- dash of Accent
- soy sauce
Directions

1Cook bean sprouts in boiling water until tender; drain and chop.

2Add to raw ground beef.

3Add to mixture the onions, egg, salt, pepper and Accent.

4Sprinkle mixture lightly with soy sauce and mix well.

5Place about a level teaspoonful in won ton skin. Fold in half like a triangle, wetting sides of skin with water to hold them closed.

6Fold sides toward center like a diaper.

7Pinch together to seal.

8Dip in flour and deep fry until each side is a light brown.

9Place on Scott towel to drain.

10Serve warm with soy sauce or sweet and sour.
