  • 4 green onions, finely chopped
  • 16 water chestnuts (1 can)
  • 4 tsp. soy sauce
  • 3 thin slices fresh ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. m.s.g.
  • 1 pkg. won ton skins
  • 1 egg white, well beaten

Directions
