  • 1 (16 oz.) carton cool whip
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 jar (12 oz.) caramel ice cream topping
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 2 - 9 inch baked pie crusts

Directions

    Bake pie crusts and cool.

    Melt butter in skillet.

    Cook on med-low heat until coconut turns brown.
