- 3/4 lb. ground pork
- 1 can water chestnuts (Chinese), raw (whole)
- 1/4 c. green onions, raw (bulb and white part of top)
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 pkg. wonton skins
- sweet and sour sauce
Directions

1Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl; mix well.

2Place 1/2 teaspoon of mixture in the center of each wonton skin.

3Fold wonton skin over filling to form triangle. Seal with water.

4Deep fry wontons at 375° for 2 to 3 minutes or until brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels and serve with sauce.
