- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 can water chestnuts, diced
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 beaten egg
- 6 Tbsp. soy sauce
- salt and pepper
- 2 pkg. wonton skins
Directions

1Brown meat and onion; drain fat.

2Add rest of ingredients, except wonton skins.

3Put mixture each skin.

4Fold in triangle. Wet edges with cold water to seal.

5Fry in 1-inch hot oil until golden brown, 30 to 60 seconds.

6Drain on paper towel.

7Freeze if you wish.
