  • 1/4 c. light teriyaki sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3/4 lb. shrimp, cleaned
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen, mixed vegetables, thawed (broccoli, carrots and water chestnuts)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

    In small bowl, stir first three ingredients until smooth.

    Set aside.

    Generously spray large skillet.

    Heat over medium heat. Add shrimp, vegetables and garlic.

    Stirring constantly, cook 3 to 4 minutes.

    Stir sauce mixture; add to skillet, stirring constantly, and bring to boil.

    Boil one minute.

    Makes 4 servings.
