- 1/4 c. light teriyaki sauce
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3/4 lb. shrimp, cleaned
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen, mixed vegetables, thawed (broccoli, carrots and water chestnuts)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions

1In small bowl, stir first three ingredients until smooth.

2Set aside.

3Generously spray large skillet.

4Heat over medium heat. Add shrimp, vegetables and garlic.

5Stirring constantly, cook 3 to 4 minutes.

6Stir sauce mixture; add to skillet, stirring constantly, and bring to boil.

7Boil one minute.

8Makes 4 servings.
