  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. light syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. boiling water

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients; add milk, butter and vanilla.
