- 1/2 stick butter, softened
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 3 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (12 oz.) tub Cool Whip
- gummy worms
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 (6 serving size) pkg. instant vanilla or chocolate pudding
Directions

1Crush cookies in food processor or blender until mixture looks like dirt; set aside.

2Cream the cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar.

3Mix pudding mixes and milk for 1 to 2 minutes, until well blended.

4Fold pudding mixture into cream cheese mixture, then fold in Cool Whip.
