  • 2 1/3 cups cocoa powder
  • 4 3/4 cups wafer cookies
  • 7/8 cup powdered sugar
  • 9/16 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 packet candies colorful mini

Directions

    Place cookies in a plastic bag, close it and break cookies into small pieces with a rolling pin.

    Place cookie pieces in a bowl and add chocolate, sugar and egg yolks.

    Mix well.

    Fold in colorful mini candies.

    Refrigerate until chocolate hardens slightly.

    Grease hands with butter or margarine and shape chocolate eggs.

    Wrap chocolate eggs carefully in aluminum foil to avoid losing the egg shape.

    Wrap with colored plastic film.
