- 4 c., milk
- 1/2 lb. Polish link sausage
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Wash the meat, salt and dust with caraway seed.

2Place fat side up (this can be scored in little squares, if desired) in your roasting pan.

3Add a little water, cover and place in a 350° oven. After an hour or so, turn and return to the oven, uncovered, and bake until the skin is red and the meat is tender.

4Roasting time depends mostly on the quality and size of the roast.

5Allow on the average about 30 minutes to the pound.

6Baste frequently with the dripping from the pan.
