Xocai Chocolate Mousse

  • 10 chocolate Xocai Healthy, Nuggets, melted, more or less to taste
  • 1 whipped topping 8 once tub of lite, divided

Directions

    Melt Nuggets in fondue pot or over double boiler, Do not heat over 100 degrees.

    Using spatula, spread approximately 2 tbsp of meted Nuggets in the bottom of a 3-quart mixing bowl. Add 1/2 cup of whipped topping and whisk together. Add remaining melted Nuggets and whisk until blended completely. Add remaining whipped topping and blend completely. Ingredients have to be blended in this way or Nuggets will harden in the whip topping and the consistency will be grainy. Serves 4 to 6
