- 6 chunks dark chocolate Xocai Healthy Chocolate Nuggets
- 1 tablespoon low-fat whipping cream pourable
- 3 cups milk lactose-free, fat-free milk
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 5 packages artificial sweetener
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
Directions

1On stove top in a double boiler melt Nuggets and whipping cream.

2In another pan, bring milk, cornstarch and sweeter to a boil stirring consistently, to avoid lumps, until desired thickness.

3Remove from burner and add melted Nuggets mixture and vanilla.

4Pour into desert cups and cool in refrigerator for several hours.
