Xocai Nugget Pudding

  • 6 chunks dark chocolate Xocai Healthy Chocolate Nuggets
  • 1 tablespoon low-fat whipping cream pourable
  • 3 cups milk lactose-free, fat-free milk
  • 1/3 cup cornstarch
  • 5 packages artificial sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract

Directions

    On stove top in a double boiler melt Nuggets and whipping cream.

    In another pan, bring milk, cornstarch and sweeter to a boil stirring consistently, to avoid lumps, until desired thickness.

    Remove from burner and add melted Nuggets mixture and vanilla.

    Pour into desert cups and cool in refrigerator for several hours.

    Serves 6-8
