- 5 to 6 pork steaks (any cut), pounded with meat pounder
- Italian flavored bread crumbs
- 1 egg, whipped with a little water
- 1 cube butter or margarine

Directions

1Dip steaks in egg, then into bread crumbs to coat.

2Heat frying pan; melt 2 to 3 teaspoons butter in pan.

3Once butter is almost melted, add a little oil to keep the batter from burning. Then fry meat (be careful as the meat will fry very quickly).
