  • 5 to 6 pork steaks (any cut), pounded with meat pounder
  • Italian flavored bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, whipped with a little water
  • 1 cube butter or margarine
  • oil

Directions

    Dip steaks in egg, then into bread crumbs to coat.

    Heat frying pan; melt 2 to 3 teaspoons butter in pan.

    Once butter is almost melted, add a little oil to keep the batter from burning. Then fry meat (be careful as the meat will fry very quickly).
