- 5 Tbsp. saki or cooking sherry
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. mirin
- 1 small piece fresh ginger root, grated
- 1 clove garlic, grated
Directions

1Soak chicken in combined sauces for 20 minutes or longer.

2Put 4 or 5 pieces of chicken on bamboo stick.

3Simmer down remaining sauce until quantity is half.

4May need to use a little cornstarch in water to thicken.

5Broil on charcoal grill.
