  • 1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 3 c. cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix together the crushed pretzels and 2 sticks melted margarine.

    Put in 2 pie pans or one oblong dish.

    Bake at 450° for 12 to 15 minutes.
