Handmade Chocolate Truffles

- 100 grams Baking chocolate (sweet)
- 40 grams Heavy Cream
- 20 grams Butter (unsalted)
- 5 ml Grand Marnier (orange liquer)
- 1 Cocoa powder
Directions

1Prepare the ingredients.

2Mince the chocolate so that it melts easily.

3Put the heavy cream in a pot and heat.

4Stop the heat just before it comes to a boil.

5Add the butter and melt.

6Heat on low again, and before it comes to a boil, remove from the heat and cool.

7Add the chocolate and melt.

8Once the chocolate has melted, add the Grand Marnier (you could use rum or your favorite type of liquor).

9Pour it into a pan lined with parchment paper, and refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes to harden.

10Cut into your desired shapes with a warm knife, and coat with cocoa powder.

11This is Grand Marnier.

12It's an orange liquor.

13If you don't have it, you could use rum or other kinds of liquor for delicious truffles.
