  • 2 small yams
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. low sugar marmalade
  • 2/3 c. orange juice
  • 1/8 tsp. dried sage
  • dash of salt

Directions

    Steam yams for 20 minutes, peel and cut in 1/2-inch chunks. In a shallow dish sprayed with Pam and sprinkled with brown sugar, add all other ingredients.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until tender.
