- 2/3 c. orange juice
- 1/8 tsp. dried sage
- dash of salt
Directions

1Steam yams for 20 minutes, peel and cut in 1/2-inch chunks. In a shallow dish sprayed with Pam and sprinkled with brown sugar, add all other ingredients.
