- 1 (10 oz.) can condensed beef broth
- 2 (10 oz.) cans condensed tomato soup
- 1 soup can water
- 2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans, drained
- 3 c. cooked elbow macaroni
- 3 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar

1In large saucepan, brown beef and cook onion with garlic until tender.
