  • 3/4 c. warm water
  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • milk
  • 3 to 4 c. Nunn Better flour

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in water; add sugar.

    Melt butter in glass measuring cup.

    Add enough milk to make 1 cup.

    Add butter and milk to yeast mixture.

    Slowly add flour until dough is ready to knead.

    Knead until smooth.

    Roll out and cut biscuits.

    Place on greased baking sheet.

    Bake at 425° until lightly brown, approximately 12 minutes.
