- 2 pkg. yeast
- 6 c. flour
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. very warm water
- 1/2 c. oil
Directions

1In large bowl put 2 cups flour, salt, sugar and yeast.

2Heat water and oil until very warm.

3Don't boil your water but have it very warm.

4Pour into flour mixture; mix well.

5Add rest of flour; knead well.

6Grease bowl and turn over to grease both sides.

7Then cover and let rise to double.

8Punch down; knead.
-
9Make rolls or 2 loaves.

10Put in greased pans.
-
11Let rise until double in size.
-
12Bake at 350° for 25 to 35 minutes.
