- 2 cakes or pkg. yeast
- 1/3 c. sugar (honey)
- 3 eggs
- 4 c. water
- 1/3 c. oil or fat
- 2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix 2 cups water, sugar, eggs and sugar (honey) in a blender. Add other 2 cups water and flour to make batter.

2Let set 30 minutes.

3Add oil or fat and salt.

4Knead until smooth.

5Place in a greased bowl and let rise until double.

6Punch down.

7Let rise again.

8Make into loaves.

9Makes 4 medium loaves.

10When doubled, bake in a 350° oven about 40 minutes.
