- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 5 heaping Tbsp. sugar
- 5 Tbsp. oil
- 1 heaping tsp. salt
- 4 c. flour
Directions

1Mix by hand just until mixed.

2Do not overmix.

3Cover and let stand in warm place for 1 hour to double in size.

4Remove from pan on lightly floured board.

5Press together, kind of folding together.

6Do not knead.

7Shape into 1 long roll.

8Cut in half, making 2 long rolls.

9Then, with knife, cut 12 pieces out of each roll, making 24 dinner rolls.
