- 4 c. flour
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk, scalded
Directions

1Scald milk, then add margarine.

2Set aside to cool.

3With electric beater, mix eggs, sugar and salt.

4Add milk and yeast. Beat in 2 cups of flour.

5Remaining flour is mixed in by hand with strong spoon.

6Mix for about 3 minutes.

7Let rise until double. Punch down and put in 2 (9-inch) pans (greased).

8The dough will be a little sticky, so slightly grease your fingers when placing in pan.

9Let rise again for about 1 hour.
