Ingredients
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3 to 4 c. flour (will vary on amount needed)
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Put yeast, sugar and salt in mixing bowl.

2Dissolve with 1 cup hot water (about coffee drinking temperature).

3Let stand for 5 minutes.

4Add oil and mix in flour 1/2 cup at a time, mixing it well.

5Knead dough until it is smooth.

6Put in clean bowl, cover with towel and let it rise until it is double the size it first was. Knead it some more and shape into loaves.

7Bake at 425° for 5 minutes, then cut back heat to 350° for 35 minutes.
