- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. warm water
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. corn oil
- 4 c. self-rising flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Add egg and oil.

3Mix flour and sugar with liquid ingredients.

4At this point, refrigerate or use some of mixture.

5Will keep in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. When baking, use buttered muffin tins.

6Fill tins 3/4 full and bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.

7Makes 5 dozen muffins.
