Ingredients
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. boiling water
- 6 c. plain flour
- 1 c. lukewarm water
- 1 c. Crisco
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Day before cooking, mix yeast and lukewarm water.

2Set aside to dissolve.

3In very large mixing bowl, pour boiling water over Crisco, stirring until dissolved.

4Let cool enough to add eggs and yeast mixture.

5Add remaining ingredients.

6Cover and refrigerate overnight.

7Take out of refrigerator several hours before cooking and let rise in a warm place.

8About 3 hours before cooking, knead dough lightly; roll out and cut with biscuit cutter.

9Dip rolls in melted butter before placing in muffin pan.

10Let rise until doubled in size (about 2 hours).

11Cook at 375° until brown.
