- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 c. warm water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Place yeast in warm water (beginning with just enough of the water to dissolve yeast).

2Add remaining warm water, beaten egg, margarine, sugar and flour.

3Mix well.

4Spoon into greased muffin pan, filling about half full.

5Bake in a 350° oven for about 20 minutes or until brown.

6Keep any unused mixture refrigerated.
