- 2 pkg. yeast
- 2 1/2 c. warm water
- 3/4 c. melted shortening
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 8 to 10 c. flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Melt yeast in warm water.

2Add shortening, sugar, salt and eggs.

3Add flour and stir into soft dough.

4Keep in refrigerator with damp cloth over it.

5Keeps up to 1 week.

6When ready to cook, roll into ball.

7Place in greased pan and let rise double.

8Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.
