  • 2 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1/2 c. lukewarm water
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. dry milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 5 c. plain flour
  • about 1 c. warm water

Directions

    Mix yeast and 1/2 cup warm water.

    Let stand 10 minutes.

    Add remaining ingredients with yeast and water; let stand about 2 hours.

    Then make your rolls.

    Bake in hot oven, about 425°, for 10 to 12 minutes.
