- 1/2 c. lukewarm water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. dry milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- 5 c. plain flour
- about 1 c. warm water
Directions

1Mix yeast and 1/2 cup warm water.

2Let stand 10 minutes.

3Add remaining ingredients with yeast and water; let stand about 2 hours.

4Then make your rolls.

5Bake in hot oven, about 425°, for 10 to 12 minutes.
