- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
- 1/4 c. oil
Directions

1Add yeast to water.

2Set aside.

3Beat egg whites stiff.

4Add sugar and beat again.

5Add salt, lukewarm water and oil.

6Beat on low speed.

7Add yeast; mix with spatula.

8Add flour, not making too sticky or stiff.

9Let rise in a warm place.

10Place in refrigerator overnight.

11Take out the next day and bake.
