- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 3 c. flour
Directions

1Mix yeast and 1/2 cup warm water; mix well.

2Beat egg; add to yeast mixture; set aside.

3In large bowl, add 1 cup water, salt, sugar and oil together.

4Mix well, adding flour 1 cup at a time until mixture is bouncy and not sticky.

5Let rise 1 1/2 hours in a warm place, then punch down.

6Before baking, make out rolls and let rise 2 hours.

7Bake at 410° for 12 minutes.

8Brush top with melted butter.
