- 1 1/2 c. warm buttermilk
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 4 c. plain flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. soda
Directions

1Sprinkle yeast in warm water, add 2 tablespoons sugar; put into large bowl, combine buttermilk, yeast water, oil and 1 tablespoon sugar; stir well.

2Add flour, salt and soda.

3Mix well. Let dough rest 10 minutes.

4Turn onto floured board and knead. Roll out and cut into rolls.

5Let rise 30 minutes.

6Bake at 400° until brown.
