  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. Wesson oil
  • 2 1/4 c. self-rising flour

Directions

    Mix yeast and water until dissolved, then mix other ingredients.

    Let rise in a greased bowl until double.

    Punch down; make into rolls.

    Let rise again.

    Brush tops with butter and bake at 375° until lightly brown.
