  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 c. Crisco
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 c. warm water
  • 4 c. self-rising flour

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in warm water; add sugar and Crisco.

    Beat in other ingredients.

    Spoon into greased muffin tins (only 1/3 to 1/2 full).

    Bake in heated 400° oven for 13 to 15 minutes.
